Welcome to One Yoga!

One Yoga offers unique and inspiring 200 and 500 hour certification training and continuing education programs on Maui and around the world. The next 200 Hr. Teacher Training Certification Program begins on July 6th, 2013 on Maui, and is a 9 weekend course. Our schedule for training and retreat events in Fall 2013 and 2014 in Hawaii, Costa Rica and Mexico is coming soon!

The One Yoga training programs synthesize contemporary science and sacred tradition to offer Yoga as a healing art and a celebration of human potential. Our Yoga Education course helps build the bridge that brings Yoga practice to an increasingly wider audience as a path to wellness and transformation. Many instructors are teaching asana, but we offer an well rounded vision of the eight limbs of Yoga and an overview of modern research to equip our teachers to guide others in this time of change and expansion. We also offer Private and Group classes, and Free Podcasts of short guided relaxation and meditation practices and Yoga Dreaming journeys. Yoga is an ancient tradition, but it is also a Living Art - it evolves as we do.
